The CT Lottery has announced the launch of a new $5 scratch ticket: UConn® Championship Cash.
The new ticket has more than $3.5 million in cash prizes with three top prizes of $50,000, according to a release. The overall odds are 1 in 3.54.
“With over 735,000 fans in Connecticut and 1.7 million followers on social media, the UConn HuskiesTM men’s and women’s basketball teams are successful both on and off the court,” said Frank Suarez, CT Lottery President and CEO. “We are excited to help spread the message that UConn is indeed the Basketball Capital of the World® and give out some fun prizes and experiences in the process.”
The new ticket will be available at over 2,800 retailers throughout the state, according to a release. Residents will also have the chance to win tickets to men’s and women’s basketball games via social media, TV and radio promotions.
