Newington officers responded to the scene and took custody of Tenney, who was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal trespass, two counts of fifth-degree larceny and one count each of second-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, operation of a motor vehicle while suspended, reckless operation, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer, second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree larceny.

Tenney was being held on a $60,000 bond and was scheduled to appear at New Britain Superior Court on Monday
