Reginald C. Sharp OBITUARY

Reginald Charles Sharp, 73, of Farmington, CT, passed away peacefully on the night of December 30, 2024, with his faithful wife by his side. Reggie was born in North Haven on February 15, 1951, predeceased by his parents, Charles and Gloria (Davis) Sharp, and by his sister, Brenda Jackson of CA. Reggie is survived by his devoted wife, Louise (Lapointe) Sharp, to whom he was married to for almost three decades; his loving daughter, Christina; his sister, Cindi from CA; and two loyal corgis, Sydney and Tinsel. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Reggie was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the New London Motorcycle Club. He worked for Northeast Utilities for thirty-two years and retired in early 2015. Reggie enjoyed tending to his garden and watching westerns and football with his dear friend, Tom Novajasky. The family is eternally grateful for all of Tom’s help over the years.

Calling hours will be Thursday, January 9, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 10, at St. Brigid Church, 1083 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford.
