The legislature has lifted the moratorium for construction on an existing nuclear site, which means Millstone Point in Waterford. 
”Nuclear is part of the solution of our energy future,” said Sen. Ryan Fazio, of Greenwich, the ranking Republican on the Energy and Technology Committee.
